Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days after confirmation.

• Standard delivery time is 7–8 working days from the date of dispatch.

• For international orders, delivery may take longer depending on customs and courier timelines.

• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared on your registered email/phone.

• Ghareeza is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

• No Returns / No Exchanges – since our products are exclusive and limited edition, all sales are final.

• Returns are accepted only if:

1. You received a wrong item, or

2. The item is defective/damaged on arrival.

• In such cases, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
